What information or documents do I need to provide?

You don’t need to upload any documents. Applicants must provide specific information as a taxpayer along with other basic information. We also request specific dates of when you were impacted by covid in order to calculate your credit. We also will retrieve everything needed electronically from the IRS to calculate and file your credit.
