Step 7. Advanced Funding - Why am I ineligible for the advance?

Claimants must reside in eligible US states and have an tax credit of at least $3,000 or greater. We cannot offer the advance funding option for specific scenerios below:

Reasons a Claimant is Ineligible from Advance Funding:

  1. Disqualified Due to Location

    • Iowa: Advance funding cannot be offered to residents of Iowa.

    • Colorado: Advance funding cannot be offered to residents of Colorado.

    • US Territories: Advance funding cannot be offered to residents of US territories.

    • The advance funding option is unavailable in specific regions:

  2. Tax Credit Below Minimum Threshold

    • The claimant’s total tax credit is less than $3,000, disqualifying them from advance funding.

  3. Outstanding IRS Liabilities

    • The claimant owes a significant balance to the IRS, which exceeds allowable limits for advance funding eligibility.

  4. Insufficient IRS Interest Accrued

    • EThe IRS interest accrued on the claimant’s tax credit is less than 8% of the total tax credit, making them ineligible for advance funding. This is due to regulatory and compliance mesures mandated by our funding partner.
